This is the outlet on the wall beneath the Pegboard. It controls the power to the Irrigation & Invisable Fence Controllers,the GFI Outlet on the same wall near the sink, as well as the traditional outlet to the right of the garage window. When the Yellow light is lit up, it means that the GFI switch has tripped. Per Donnie @ Belcher Electric, you need to push in the TEST button & then the RESET button REALLY HARD (he used a tiny screwdriver to push in the button).
