Doesn't this also mean "noodle"/"noodles"? The definition for this character isn't the same as that for the traditional version of the character. 69.81.158.33 05:42, 12 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

As you said, Chinese "面" is simplified form of "麺" and means "noodle", but Japanese "面" doesn't mean it. I think you can add the definition to the common meaning section, hopefully with a note about the restriction. --Tohru 09:08, 12 December 2005 (UTC)Reply
