Yasin Mazhar Siddiqi (26 December 1944–15 September 2020) was an Indian Sunni Muslim scholar who served as chairman of the Islamic Studies department of Aligarh Muslim University.

Biography
Siddīqi was born on 26 December 1944 in the [Lakhimpur Kheri district]] of United Provinces of British India. He acquired his primary education in the local schools and then went to Jamia Millia Islamia for his higher studies. He got an Master of Arts and PhD from the Aligarh Muslim University.[1]
