I think this article needs to become more informative and clear (even though it does sepcify, to its credit, that funeral customs vary among Hindus); for instance, it needs to specify the language(s) to which the words such as 'antyesti', 'shamshana', 'pitr', etc... belong. Another instance that I can think of right now is the need for citations. Subravenkat 21:26, 28 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
