Issues:
Current Incumbent Jeff Williams has faced criticism over Term Limits and losing in 2 court battles. Also has faced criticism over various local policies including High Speed Rail. Not likely to lose due to the weakness of his opponents for his final 2 years due to the current Term Limits that is now election code for all who are in office currently and in the future for a maximum of 6 years.
