editBefore adding a category to an article, as you did to Heat (1995 film), please make sure that the subject of the article really belongs in the category that you specified according to Wikipedia's categorization guidelines. The category being added must already exist, and must be supported by the article's verifiable content. Categories may be removed if they are deemed incorrect for the subject matter. Thank you. --Picard's Facepalm • Made It So Engage! • 14:05, 22 October 2024 (UTC)
- "Heat " is centered around the philosophy of existentialism and explores the dichotomy of human nature, like an existentialist work would. https://www.npr.org/2020/09/05/908078733/michael-manns-heat-at-25-a-newly-relevant-study-in-loneliness https://www.researchgate.net/publication/304684553_Isolation_and_Desolation_in_Heat_1995 72.33.2.159 (talk) 21:13, 27 October 2024 (UTC)
- While your statement appears to be your WP:OPINION - having not been observed previously in the article, in order to add the category - those citations as well as an appropriate narrative surrounding it should have been included in the article, as I stated above. --Picard's Facepalm • Made It So Engage! • 15:42, 29 October 2024 (UTC)
