Khun Yuam is on the Mae Hong Son Loop, so Motorbike is the best option.

• Ann Restaurant. On the main road somewhere in the middle of town, left side 100m after the airstrip driving south, wooden furniture, english sign.

• Yoont B&B. Clean, homey rooms - a very welcome break after a long day's ride. Shabby chic refurbished building. Friendly and helpful owner. Double AC 600 baht (less off season). The rooms out front are a little noisy. It is on the left after you come up the hill from the south of town with an English sign and a convenience store attached.
