Gabriel Debru won the title, defeating Gilles-Arnaud Bailly in the final, 7–6(7–5), 6–3.

Luca Van Assche was the defending champion,[1] but chose to not participate. He received a wildcard into the men's singles qualifying competition, where he lost to Juan Manuel Cerúndolo in the first round.
