[1] Πιστεύω εἰς ἕνα Θ[εό]ν, πατέρα παντοκράτορα, ποιητὴν οὐρανοῦ κ[αὶ] γῆς, 
[2] ὁρατῶν τε πάντων κ[αὶ] ἀοράτων. κ[αὶ] εἰς ἕνα κ[ύριο]ν ιησοῦν χ[ριστό]ν, τὸν ὐἱὸν
[3] τοῦ Θ[εο]ῦ τὸν μονογενῆ, τὸν ἐκ τοῦ πατρὸς γεννηθέντα πρὸ πάντων τῶν αἰώνων· 
[4] φῶς ἐκ φωτός, Θεὸν ἀληθινὸν ἐκ Θεοῦ ἀληθινοῦ, γεννηθέντα, οὐ 
[5] ποιηθέντα, ὁμοούσιον τῷ π[α]τρί, δι οὗ τὰ πάντα ἐγένετο. Τὸν δι ἡμᾶς τοὺς 
[6] ἀνθρώπους κ[αὶ] διὰ τὴν ἡμετέραν σωτηρίαν κατελθόντα ἐκ τῶν οὐρανῶν 
[7] κ[αὶ] σαρκωθέντα ἐκ πνεύματος Ἁγίου κ[αὶ] μαρίας τῆς παρθένου κ[αὶ] ἐνανθρω
[8] πήσαντα. σταυρωθέντα τε ὑπὲρ ἡμῶν ἐπὶ ποντίου πιλάτου. 
[9]   καὶ παθόντα, καὶ ταφέντα...

Translation

[title] The synod of the h[oly] fathers

[1] I believe in one god, the father the almighty, maker of heaven and earth,
[2] of all that is, seen and unseen. And in one lord, jesus christ, the son
[3] the only son of god, begotten of the father for all ages.
[4] light from light, true god from true god, begotten, not 
[5] made, of one being [omo-ousios] with the father, through him all things were made. For us the  
[6] human beings and for our salvation he came down from the heavens
[7] and he became incarnate out of the holy spirit and the virgin mary and man was
[8] made. He was crucified for our sake under pontius pilate.
[9]   And he suffered death, and was buried...
