Zensho Holdings (株式会社ゼンショーホールディングス, Kabushiki-gaisha Zenshō Hōrudingusu) is a Japanese holding company which owns several restaurant chains in Japan. The largest is Sukiya serving gyūdon, rice bowls with beef.[1]
