Hi, Skitash, I am writing to you regarding my image of a modern piece in the pages with reference to the designer whose collection it is part of. You accused me of the caption of the WP:PROMO modification. I would kindly ask you to explain yourself better as I am not promoting anyone since there are no links to sites or shops but only a signature. Content on Wikipedia should be neutral and avoid using brand names or logos as laid down in WP:PROMO and COM:ADVERT. Your picture clearly promotes a designer's business. Skitash (talk) 10:42, 23 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Skitash, I didn't mean to encourage you in creating AIV reports about users' behavior that is already at another noticeboard like WP:AN. When I processed your report of Monsieur Patillo, I didn't want this to result in Special:Diff/1250773356, which was correctly declined as unsuitable for the noticeboard (and, as long as a discussion already exists at WP:AN or WP:ANI, which are the right noticeboards for reporting personal attacks, forum shopping). Hi. Thank you, I'll make sure to use the correct noticeboard next time. It's just that TahaKahi has only made 153 edits to a narrow range of articles, and it seemed to me they were an SPA using Wikipedia for a specific purpose. Skitash (talk) 20:27, 12 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

This is to make my due diligence and discuss your edit history. I, and many users have previously voiced concern over the issue of languages (mainly Berber) being removed from city articles. In my two last edits, I have de-cluttered the first sentence as per MOS:FORLANG and only left the third name in the Infobox, adding a footnote. However, you reverted the edit plus the Infobox, which, as far as I am aware, is not discussed in MOS:FORLANG.

I thus suggest a consensus. Since both Algeria and Morocco have two official languages with a third de-facto one, we may agree on moving all native names to a specific section further down the article Gts1300 (talk) 20:03, 12 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
