[edit]I would just like to thank you for your contributions to Modern Pagan views on LGBT people. The image you added of the sigils/symbols have been vectorized and re-uploaded to the Commons as well! Thank you again! Gwen Hope (talk) (contrib) 10:47, 4 March 2020 (UTC)
- @Gwenhope: The vectorized version looks great, thank you. You've made so many contributions to that article; it's a pleasure to edit with you 😀 — HipLibrarianship talk 02:35, 6 March 2020 (UTC)

Standard notice about editing gender-related articles
[edit]This is a standard notice about editing gender-related articles. Surprised you never got one of these before, as you've been around. Your editing is fine; this is not a warning, just advice that everybody editing in this area is supposed to get. Basically, the notice informs you of some ArbCom rules that go beyond the norm, and are a more stringent set of guidelines governing the behavior of editors who edit in certain controversial areas, like gender, that you need to know about. Please read it, and follow the links. Thanks, Mathglot (talk) 03:46, 22 July 2020 (UTC)
This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in (a) GamerGate, (b) any gender-related dispute or controversy, (c) people associated with (a) or (b), all broadly construed. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor. Mathglot (talk) 03:46, 22 July 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Requesting some article expansion help
[edit]Greetings,
I do work on articles related to Superstition and religion. I am looking for and requesting some article expansion help in Draft:Irrational beliefs and Draft:Superstitions in Christian societies if you find topics interested in.
Thanks and warm regards

Oops
[edit]I accidentally reverted your edit to witchcraft as vandalism due to the edit summary (the article gets a lot of drive-by vandalism), but then I restored it when I realized it wasn't vandalism. Nosferattus (talk) 15:11, 26 October 2021 (UTC)
- @Nosferattus: I appreciate your vigilance, and I'm glad you made a point to examine the edit itself. My cheeky edit-summary failed to consider the page being a target for vandalism; I'll be more mindful in the future. — HipLibrarianship talk 03:00, 27 October 2021 (UTC)

[edit]"Stygian witches"
[edit]Hi Hiplibrarianship. I undid your edit at Stygian, since I don't think that Greek mythology ever uses that name for the Graeae. I suspect that this is solely an invention of the Clash of Titans films. Also, without some reliable sources which establish the relevance, significance and notability of their occurrence in the movies, with respect to Graeae, I don't think they warrant mention at Graeae. Small Faces
[edit]Hi Hiplibrarianship, I reverted your edit at Small Faces because it is written in British English, which uses the plural for groups and teams - see The Beatles, Pink Floyd etc, and founded is also correct - best wishes - Arjayay (talk) 09:18, 6 September 2022 (UTC)

The article Madame X (band) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
nothing to demonstrate notability
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. FMSky (talk) 04:41, 18 December 2023 (UTC)
