North America's northernmost American countries (Canada and United States) main global cities. Methodologies will be noted down below.

Globalization and World Cities Research Network graded cities. The grade of the city is shown after in brackets if acknowledge. Another methodology = When not in previous lists, cities chosen in a Knight Frank select cities ranking of any year will be acknowledged. [1] US methadology: United States top 100 cities of Brookings Institution "Global Cities Initiative" automatically chosen. The top 100 statistical areas of the United States Census Bureau has had a few changes so technically 101 statistical areas chosen for it.[2][3] Another methodology = Versus.com chosen cities = (VS) [4]
