If you are an experienced editor, then you can help out by reviewing requests.

• Make sure you're familiar with Wikipedia's policies on non-free content (or simplified version).
• Learn about Wikipedia's various copyright tags.
• Read the guide on how to review file upload requests.
• Note that this page's editnotice contains an expandable cheat sheet with all the templates used in reviewing requests.
• After uploading the file tag its talk page with {{subst:WPAFCF}}.
• Remember to subst all templates.
• Notify the requester at their talk page using {{subst:ffu talk}} ~~~~ whenever you act on their request.
• You are responsible for anything you upload, so make sure you are comfortable that the file satisfies Wikipedia's policies first.
• If the file is non-free, then you must insert the file in the appropriate article right away in order to comply with the non-free content criteria.
