User:Mdd4696 blocked me claiming I violated 3RR when I did no such thing. User:WCityMike violated it, but he didn't block him. He was also incivil towards me. Ardenn 01:51, 21 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm responding to the {{helpme}}. If this is about your block, then please stop using {{helpme}} for that. You were very uncivil at WP:ANI, I think you are lucky that the block was only for 1 hour, perhaps if you don't calm down 24 hours would be more appropriate. Who cares if you violated 3RR, the block is very reasonable based on incivility alone. Let it be, take a break. Incidentally, {{unblock}} would we the correct template to use, but I sternly recommend against using it in this case. The WikiTruth article is not a candidate for speedy deletion because it does not satisfy the criteria on WP:CSD. The point you cited, CSD G4 "Recreation of deleted material" does not apply in this case because the current article had been completely rewritten. Articles are usually deleted under CSD G4 when the new content is identical to the deleted content, or an article has been through the AfD process and the subject deemed unfit for Wikipedia.

Regarding your block: Strictly speaking, you did not violate the 3RR rule just now--I made a mistake. You did act inappropriately by vandalizing WCityMike's user page [1], making incivil comments [2], and by escalating the disagreement by reporting the incident to WP:AN and WP:3RR. I had blocked you for 1 hour to give us all some breathing room, however I will block you again for a longer period of time if need be.

Your block will expire in a few minutes. I recommend that you avoid editing the Wikitruth article for some time now. There is currently no need to contact WCityMike either. If you choose to do either, that's fine, but realize that taking a short break may be beneficial.
