Revision as of 19:44, 1 January 2011
The following is an episode list of the BBC television series Top Gear since its 2002 relaunch. As of 26 December 2010, there have been 127 episodes spanning 15 series, and 2 special episodes. The show is currently presented by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May. Following the departure of The Stig, Tiff Needell trained the drivers in the reasonably priced car. Secondhand car specialist Jason Dawe was a co-presenter for the first series, but was replaced by James May for the second series. The current series started 26 December 2010, and will continue into 2011.[1]
Included in the list are five special episodes that were shown as part of a series: Top Gear: US Special (series 9), Top Gear: Botswana Special (series 10), Top Gear: Vietnam Special (series 12) Top Gear: Bolivia Special (series 14) and Top Gear: Middle East Special (series 16) and two between series specials Top Gear Winter Olympics and Top Gear: Polar Special. In addition, there have been two short episodes produced for charity: Top Gear of the Pops (for Red Nose Day), and Top Ground Gear Force (for Sport Relief).
