Donald Baechler (born 1956 in Hartford, Connecticut) is an American artist. He studied at the Städelschule from 1978 to 1979. He has been exhibited as an artist since 1980 and currently lives in New York City.[1] He began to gain wide attention for childlike images after he signed with Tony Shafrazi.[2] His work has been compared to Robert Rauschenberg's and can be seen in museums in several nations.[3]
