A parrot, apparently. It was used in a Jules Verne novel, but apparently it's just the name of the parrot, like Polly. --P5Nd2 (talk) 11:38, 23 October 2017 (UTC)
cited (And in the Jules Verne novel, it does not look like the name of the parrot to me) Kiwima (talk) 20:02, 23 October 2017 (UTC)

pronoun?
[edit]@Vininn126 Shouldn't the Old Polish POS match the Modern Polish one? "Pronoun" seems strange for a conjunction, preposition, adverb or the like. Benwing2 (talk) 09:12, 28 June 2024 (UTC)
- @Benwing2 Yeah probably. I think I took that from the linked dictionary below, which I think is using an older system of classification of part of speech (like how the 19th and 20th century classified these things as pronoun). If you feel so emboldened go ahead, if not I'll take a look later. Vininn126 (talk) 09:19, 28 June 2024 (UTC)
- Yeah go ahead, I don't feel very knowledgeable about Old Polish, but maybe it should just match modern Polish? Benwing2 (talk) 18:26, 28 June 2024 (UTC)
- @Benwing2 I updated it. And no, specifically jako in Old Polish was very different than in Modern Polish. Vininn126 (talk) 18:32, 28 June 2024 (UTC)
