2 organic Limes

½ Orange (juiced)
3 Tbsps Apple juice
2 carrots

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the tuna into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes. Rinse the limes in hot water, wipe dry and cut 4 nice slices for garnish. Squeeze the remaining limes and mix with the tuna. Season with salt and pepper and allow to marinate.

2.

Peel and grate the carrots and mix with the apple and orange juices. Layer the carrots alternately with the tuna in 4 glasses, garnish with some parsley and a slice of lime and serve immediately.
