The method used is a qualitative approach with the type of library research (library research). Organizational culture change strategies include; aggressive approach, peaceful approach, corrosive approach and indoctrination approach. Then there are five stages of change, namely; deformative, reconciliative, acculturative, enactive and formative. Furthermore, the dimensions of change include; structural dimension, space and time dimension, change process dimension, contextual dimension and subjective dimension. The parameters are; expressive power, communality power, penetration power, adaptive power and endurance. Place quality, sense of place, and authenticity are sensory, psychological, and social constructs... more Place quality, sense of place, and authenticity are sensory, psychological, and social constructs that are perceptible in forms, activities, and meanings of places. Much of this is visible in the material culture of places—in the architecture, art, public spaces, show windows, signage, artifacts in public spaces, as well as those that are in private space but visible to the public, and more. In this project we aim to capture and communicate the sense of place and distinct quality of each neighborhood in Cincinnati, OH. Using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods, we generate a set of consis-tent elements to create a single postcard to repre-sent each neighborhood. The 52 cards, one for each neighborhood comparatively present the individual identities of each neighborhood along with a collective identity for the city.

The debt burden inequality results are quite robust to alternative empirically plausible parameter values. The paper also looks at projected …scal scenario under the provisions of recently passed American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and argues that the act might reduce debt burden inequality.

The three-dimensional revolving flow of a particle-fluid suspension above a plane surface has bee... more The three-dimensional revolving flow of a particle-fluid suspension above a plane surface has been considered. The flow represents an extension of the classical Bödewadt flow to a twofluid problem. The governing equations for the two phases are coupled through an interaction force with the particle relaxation time τ as a free parameter. By means of a similarity transformation, the coupled set of non-linear ODEs becomes a two-point boundary value problem. The numerical results showed that the radial inward particle velocity increased whereas the circumferential velocity decreased by shortening τ , thereby strengthening the spiralling particle motion. On the contrary, the fluid motion was reduced as a result of the particle-fluid interactions.

In this research, thermal environment analysis using numerical simulation of biological respiration was conducted for tomatoes stored in a ZECC. The ZECC was composed of inner and outer brick walls, filler (a mixture of sand and zeolite), water between the walls and a shading curtain. The results obtained from the numerical model were compared by setting different values for each factor. We have shown that a similarity solution of the thermal energy problem does not exist as long as the surface is impermeable. The failure of the existence of physically realistic similarity solutions for the thermal field is ascribed to the fact that the axial flow component is directed away from the surface. If the planar surface is porous and allows for suction, the direction of the axial flow can be reversed. Similarity solutions have been obtained for some different values of the dimensionless suction velocity A and the Prandtl number Pr. The thermal boundary layer became gradually thinner with increasing suction A and for higher Pr, thereby also increasing the heat transfer rate through the planar surface. 2017 Elsevier Ltd. Climate influences the ecology of the vectors. We aimed to identify the influence of climatic variability on the occurrence of clinical dengue requiring hospitalization in Zone-5, a high incidence area of Dhaka City Corporation (DCC), Bangladesh. Methods and Findings: We retrospectively identified clinical dengue cases hospitalized from Zone-5 of DCC between 2005 and 2009. We extracted records of the four major catchment hospitals of the study area. The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) provided data on temperature, rainfall, and humidity of DCC for the study period. We used autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) models for the number of monthly dengue hospitalizations. We also modeled all the climatic variables using Poisson regression. Less is known about the long-term reach of scaled up schemes following a RCT. A RCT of the National Exercise Referral Scheme (NERS) in Wales was completed in 2010, and the scheme scaled up across Wales. In this study, using a retrospective data linkage design, anonymized NERS data were linked to routine health records for referrals between 2008 and 2017. Rates of referral and uptake were modelled across years and a multilevel logistic regression model examined predictors of uptake. In total, 83,598 patients have been referred to the scheme and 67.31% of eligible patients took up NERS. Older adults and referrals for a musculoskeletal or level four condition were more likely to take up NERS. Attention is paid to the pressure distribution above the disk, which has most often been ignored. We found that buoyancy leads to a substantial pressure reduction in the vicinity of the disk for Prandtl numbers below unity. At sufficiently high Grashof numbers, this buoyancy-induced pressure reduction even eliminates the excess stagnation pressure at the disk.
