Abstract:
Purpose.Using the analysis of labor productivity in the Russian oil industry, to justify the debatable issue of excluding the commodity sector from the National project “Labor productivity and employment support”. Methods. In the process of research, the authors used general and special methods of scientific knowledge: abstract-logical method, methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison and generalization, system and structural analysis, combination of logical and historical, functioning and development, induction and deduction, statistical and economic-mathematical methods. Taken together, these research methods made it possible to ensure the reliability of the analysis and the validity of the results and conclusions. Results and practical significance. The analysis of labor productivity of Russian oil companies can serve as an information base for possible further adjustments of the national project “Labor productivity and employment support”. Individual results of the study can serve as a basis for the development of preventive programs to improve productivity in the oil sector at the level of companies and the industry as a whole. Scientific novelty. The main problems of the implementation of the National project “Labor productivity and employment support” are identified. Among the problem areas highlighted in the involvement of medium and large enterprises in the implementation of the program, funding the national project; an industry participation of the project. The article assesses the level of labor productivity in the Russian oil industry and identifies the factors that determine it.
