It is our pleasure to introduce the Proceedings of the 2020 9th International Conference on Software and Information Engineering (ICSIE 2020), Cairo, Egypt, November 11-13, 2020. Initiated in 2012, ICSIE has been held in Phuket(Thailand), Chennai(India), Singapore, Dubai(UAE), Tokyo(Japan), Singapore, and Cario(Egypt) in past eight years. ICSIE 2020, co-organized by The British University in Egypt (BUE) this year, has been held as a fully virtual conference due to the worldwide spread of COVID-19. The keynote talks and parallel sessions were held online in Zoom. Nevertheless, the conference achieved great success in exchanging valuable information and enjoying fruitful discussions on the research activities of participants.
