ICVIP

It is our pleasure to introduce you to the Proceedings of 2019 the 3rd International Conference on Video and Image Processing (ICVIP 2019). The conference was held in Shanghai, China on December 20-23, 2019. The aim of the ICVIP is to create a linkage between industry and academia and to build a multidisciplinary discussion platform for researchers. We also hope that the conference results in significant contributions to the knowledge based in these scientific fields.
