Abstract

Blockchain is considered as a new technology to reshape the world, which characterized by anonymity of subject, intelligence of transaction, decentralization of management, autonomy of on-chain rules, data immutability, transparency and symmetry of information, and automation of incentive (or reward and punishment) from the perspective of law. The significance of “blockchain + rule of law” is mainly the technical credit, trust transfer, new consensus mechanism, the coupling effect of code norms and legal norms.
