Abstract
Describing the dynamically waving characteristic is one of the key points in simulation of sea battled-field environment. The waving phenomenon generated by underwater explosion in sea battled-field is simulated in this paper. The state of art of waves modeling technology is introduced. The method based on wave spectrum is employed to model ocean waves in natural situation. The wave caused by the falling of water column generated by underwater explosion is modeled from the viewpoint of energy transforming. The Gerstner wave and Sine wave are used to describe the shape of the wave. The simulation results of waving phenomena generated by single explosion source and multi-explosion sources are presented. The proposed method and results enrich the means of wave simulation in sea battled-field environment.
