Zusammenfassung
Etwa im Jahr 1991 begannen intensive Forschungsaktivitäten im Bereich der computersehensbasierten Gestenerkennung, die momentan in vollem Gange sind. Dieser Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über bekanntgewordene Systeme, der auf einer Anfang 1998 durch die Autoren durchgeführten Umfrage beruht. Dabei werden die wesentlichen Ansätze, die diesen Systeme zugrundeliegen, generalisierend deutlich gemacht. Ferner wird auf die speziellen Anforderungen an die Bild Verarbeitung eingegangen, die sich bei der computersehensbasierten Gestenerkennung ergeben und die auf der Erfahrung der Autoren bei der Entwicklung der Systeme ZYKLOP und ARGUS beruhen.
