Abstract
According to the demand for scientific data sharing of hydrology and water resources, through the introduction of Web Service and service composition development technology, we carried out a detailed design on the sharing platform from the aspects of service packaging, service registration, service publishing and service composition based on WSBPEL process. In this paper, we achieved the scientific data sharing platform of hydrology and water resources based on service composition in the private network environment of water system. The platform breaks the structure of traditional data sharing platform, and it can reassemble services to generate more complex business services, providing a basis for implementing sharing platform’s development from data sharing to service sharing.
