Abstract

Anycast is one of three forms of service in the future. The definition, function and type of anycast service are introduced. Based on the analysis of previous research method and their shortcomings about application-layer anycast and network-layer anycast, it’s proposed anycast service in a new architecture framework, and given the latest research progress of anycast in the new framework.
