Abstract

In this paper joint use of array processing techniques and Independent Component Analysis is proposed to separate acoustic signals in the presence of reverberation. The estimated time delay of arrival is employed as an index of performance, to show that the described approach is effective in performing the dereverberation of the received signals, as confirmed by several experimental tests in different environmental conditions.
