Abstract
In the knowledge-based society, the public knowledge building attracts more and more attention. The theory of KBC (Knowledge Building Community) based on the constructivist focuses on the creativity and improvement of the knowledge, discovers the higher substance of knowledge building, and displays the powerful vitality. This paper will make a further study to the KBC theory, propose a new, network-based idea for the design of Community Knowledge Building, introduce the structure of the Community Knowledge Building network system and discuss the practical effects of the newly developed system.
