Abstract
This article shows the peculiarities of processing medical information with regard to the principles of semantic search of personalized data. There are considered the stages of processing of medical data for doctor’s decision making process while ensuring medical process by pharmaceutical drugs. There is designed the dynamic ontology model of personalization medical decisions in determining the strategy of conservative treatment.
