Abstract
The main issues of digitalization of settlements in Russia based on the “Smart Habitat” (SH) technology are considered, an analysis of security problems and possible risks of 5G and 6G networks used for receiving and transmitting information is carried out, ways of organizing the protection of the used cellular networks are proposed.
