Abstract

The rapid development, popularization, and application of new-generation information technologies such as the Internet of things, big data, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing have greatly promoted the implementation process of education informationization and brought a significant impact on the construction of informationization teaching resources in the era of smart education. Firstly, it investigates and analyzes the current development and utilization of informationization teaching resources in Hunan Province, China, and describes the source, development, and utilization of informationization teaching resources in Hunan. The visual statistics method is further used to analyze the existing digital teaching resource service system, scale, distribution, utilization, and evaluation of informationization teaching resources. This paper objectively points out the problems existing in the construction of informationization teaching resources in primary and secondary schools in Hunan, analyzes the core elements of the evaluation of informationization teaching resources, and constructs the evaluation model of informationization level of teaching resources by exploiting the genetic algorithm. Experiments show the new evaluation model is effective. The evaluation results can correctly reflect the utilization level of teaching resources in primary and secondary schools in Hunan, China.
