Abstract
In order to explore the relationship between the position of the saddle and the comfort of various parts of the body in the riding state, this paper establishes a simulation system model of human riding a bicycle based on ergonomics theory, human physiology, and jack simulation experiment technology, adjust the height of the saddle to obtain the joint angle and comfort analysis in different postures. The analysis results show that when the position of the saddle is adjusted, the joint angle changes, and the comfort of each part changes. At the same time, the experimental results can obtain the bicycle saddle position data that are more suitable for 5%, 50%, 95%, and 99% of digital people. The analysis method and results provide reference and basis for the personalized position design of bicycle saddles.
