Abstract
With the development of urbanization and industrialization, population aging has gradually become a problem faced by all countries. However, there are relatively few product designs for the disabled elderly. In this paper, for the elderly people with hand disability, by exploring the diet habits of the elderly and the relevant ergonomic parameters of the dining robot, an automatic dining robot suitable for Chinese elderly people is designed. In order to achieve the goal of eating smoothly, this paper analyzes various factors in the process of eating by Likert scale. To provide theoretical support for the ergonomic design of dining robot and improve the user's eating experience.
