Abstract

Vocational education and training that use a computer technology is an inherent part of training process for operators of dynamic objects. This article presents some methodological rules for creating e-training and e-learning systems belonging to the class of systems with real-time working model of the teaching object. Further, the idea of creating e-training and e-learning systems and a general structure of the teaching process are presented. Within the confines of rules of creating e-training and e-learning systems the ontology is described. It allows to present in a comprehensive way the system’s domain. This approach serves for working up the methodological basics of creating the domain knowledge base. The meaning of verified models of the dynamic objects is shown and finally, the mathematical method of model’s improvement based on sensitivity theory and singular value decomposition of matrices are described. Subject is consistent with the directions determined in The Bologna Declaration [16] and The Lisbon Strategy [5] concerning the problems of teaching and improving.
