## Fulfillment of Services

#### Service Activation

Upon successful subscription and payment, the services will be activated immediately or within the time specified in the subscription plan. Access credentials and onboarding details will be sent to the registered email address.

#### Service Scope

The subscription grants the customer access to the features as outlined in the selected plan. Any additional features or customizations may require separate agreements or payments.

### Refund Policy

#### Eligibility for Refunds&#x20;

Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:&#x20;

* Service was not delivered as per the agreed subscription terms.

#### Non-Refundable Items

* Usage-based charges or overages.
* Payments made for a month-to-month subscription after the billing cycle has started.

#### Processing Refunds

#### Effective Date of Cancellation

* Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
* Annual subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.

#### Termination by Zipy AI

Zipy AI reserves the right to terminate subscriptions for violations of the Terms of Service or for misuse of the platform.

### Additional Terms

#### Service Suspension

Accounts with overdue payments may face suspension of services. Service will resume upon receipt of payment.

Zipy AI is not responsible for third-party integrations or issues arising from the misuse of the platform.
