Apple watch series 9 won’t connect

Hello! I had to delete all my phone data because of a Beta update that went wrong (I have a 14 pro max) and now my apple watch won’t connect to my phone! I tried deleting all my data on the watch also, but when I try to connect it it says « Obsolete iPhone. This Apple Watch requires a newer version of iOS. » can someone help me?? (btw i’m on ios 17.6)

Which watchOS is installed on your watch? If you are running a beta of watchOS 11, your iPhone needs to have iOS 18 installed.

To use a previously-released version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS, you can restore your device from the backup that you created before installing the beta. Please note Apple Watch cannot be restored to previously-released OS versions once the beta is installed.
