Legs and glute work using the cable machine! 🙌🏽 I don’t often do much leg work using the cable machine besides isolation Work.  But it’s fun to switch things up and I actually really enjoyed these variations!  Especially the curtsy lunges! Holy stabilization of the core required for that one! 🤣 1. Front squats and partial 1/2 squat pulse to full squat 2. Dead lifts ( similar) 3. Curtsy lunges  10-12 reps each  3-4 rounds - All the supplements I take are from @tryabouttime. My code “hannah”... The best exercises for your glutes all involve hip extension and full range of motion (ROM). These are just some of the exercises I incorporate into my glute-focused routine for the best results! They are a mixture of isolated moves with a splash of compound moves (3rd exercise). So unless you are NOT trying to grow a 🍑, I suggest staying away from this routine! 😉

Circuit One:
- 15 Weighted Cable Side Squat per side 
- 15 Straight Leg Side Kick per side

Circuit Two:
- 15 Banded Cable Pull-through

- 15 Cable Step Down per side

I’m traveling this week so Im limited on equipment! I know a lot of my clients that workout in apartment gyms always love cable workouts so I hope you enjoy this workout! Whether you are traveling or limited on equipment! 

Starting with:
With the straight bar attachment at the bottom of the cable machine!
*cable RDLs 3x10
*front squats 3x10

Now with the rope!
*cable pull throughs 3x10
*rope bicep curls 3x10

Now bring the rope above your head!
*straight arm pull downs 3x10
*face pulls (I like to sit when doing this! But you can also stand!) 3x10
*tricep pull downs (keep your elbows close to your body!) 3x10

Bring the cable back down and attach the handle attachment!
*single arm lateral raises 3x10

Autumn 🍂 on Instagram: "Another cable only burner - this time hitting all those lower body muscles 👏with the cable, its important to of course think about the muscles you are targeting in the exercise but also about keeping your shoulders back. It’s easy to let the cable pull you forward, but practice good posture while doing these. You’ll be surprised the next day when your delts are a tad sore too… we love a double whammy!
