Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2004074155A1] The invention relates to a device for producing and winding synthetic threads. Said device comprises a spinning device (1) for melt spinning the threads, at least one treatment device (7) for treating the threads and a winding device (16) comprising several winding stations for winding the threads. The winding stations (17. 1, 17. 2, 17. 3) are distributed along a horizontal longitudinal axis of the winding device (16) and a driven guide roller (12) and a respective thread guide (1,5. 1, 15. 2, 15. 3) per winding station are located upstream of said stations in order to guide the threads. The aim of the invention is to prevent different thread deviations despite varying distances that separate the threads during the treatment and winding of said threads. To achieve this, the guide roller (12) for guiding the threads is aligned vertically with the roller axis and is located at the side of the thread guides (15.1, 15.2, 15.3) in such a way that the threads can be guided essentially in parallel between the guide roller (12) and the thread guides (15.1, 15.2, 15.3).
