7 Layer Lower Carb Taco Dip
10min · 8 servings 7 Layer Low Carb Taco Dip • This is a such a tasty appetizer or put it in a low carb wrap for a great lunch! • Start with adding your favorite low carb taco seasoning to browned and drained ground beef (I added some water to this too). • In a bowl combine sour cream, cream cheese and more low carb taco seasoning. • Pat the ground beef into your pan, then cover with the cream cheese mixture. • Then cover with your favorite taco toppings. For me, it’s salsa, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and red onions. • Use pork rinds or zero carb chips for dipping.
