Make your own garland for your fence or porch! Ensure you get the right bags that have this type of design on the top of the bag. Cut from the first crease in bag and then place garbage bag upside down and cut in lines to the bottom of the bag. Then take a sharpie and add a ghost face to the top first cut of your bag. Then take the bottom piece and attach the bottom of the bag to the bottom of your top ghost face. Then attach each piece together.
