Some pics of my visit to @bunrattycastle.ie and folk museum in Ireland. I was struck by the very bright colours used inside and outside of some of the thatched cottages. A guide explained that Irish cottagers used bright colours as this was a Celtic style stemming back hundreds of years and British settlers found it unsettling.
