I've been creating these cheese flowers a lot lately when I entertain. They are perfect for Spring and look adorable on a charcuterie board. Plus, they are so easy to make. Tools: 2oz condiment cup and 11 salami slices

Layer: Place 5 slices halfway over the first one around the cup. 

Create the bud: Fold 6 slices of salami in half with the rounded side up. Layer the folded slices on top of the other right to left. 

Roll: Start rolling from one end to the other, securing the base as you go.

Finish: Gently spread the “petals” to create a rose shape.

PRO TIP: Mix and match different types of salami for added texture and flavor. 🌟
