Another Drop is an explosive shotgun. I was grinding for about 4 hours and got 1 ...so somewhat rare.

Priest Rune of Renewed Hope Video Guide - https://youtu.be/CXt1ixMgclQ

1. Head to the Northwestern shoreline of Desolace (West of The Veiled Sea text on map).
2. Defeat level 32-36 naga until one of them drops Unsettling Vision (any naga will do but Warriors seem to be preferred).

3. Find a Slitherblade Tide Priestess (one of them can usually be found on the North end of the large island.)
4. Cast Mind Control (learned at class trainer level 30) on Tide Priestess.
5. While in control of Tide Priestess, click on your character portrait in the upper left to target your character with the tide priestess (tab select does not work).
6. Look just above your action bar and you will see a few actions that can be taken by the priestess, click Meditation on the Abyss.
7. You should see Meditation on the Abyss buff on your character's buff bar (upper right icons). It only lasts 30 seconds.

8. Right click the Mind Control buff on your character's buff bar to disable it and regain control of your character.
9. Open your inventory and right click Unsettling Vision while Meditation on the Abyss is still active.

10. You will receive Renewed Hope.
