Reorganize parent information on person demographics #26

Currrently we have the Mother and Father information on the person demographics tab.
This infformation is shown when the official birth certificate has been issued.

I think today it clutters the main tab, and we can always access it from the "Birth certicate" link.

If we want to have the fields visible, we can move them to other tab.
