Abstract: Aggregating individual interval multiplicative comparison matrices (IMCMs) and then ranking all the alternatives are very important in group decision making. However, the traditional methods may make the final result become overall average and does not always satisfy the Pareto optimal axiom. What’s more, the ranking of the alternatives may rely on parameter or the possibility degree. In order to make the aggregated interval multiplicative comparison matrix (IMCM) and the ranking more reliable, this paper develops a novel method to aggregate interval multiplicative comparison matrices (IMCMs) and then applies logarithmic least squares method (LLSM) to rank alternatives. Firstly, DMs’ interval multiplicative…comparison matrices (IMCMs) are converted into two-dimensional coordinates. Next, the minimum Euclidean distance model is constructed and plant growth simulation algorithm (PGSA) is applied to find the aggregated points. Then the logarithmic least squares method (LLSM) is employed to derive the weight vectors and the ranking of alternatives can be obtained. Finally, numerical examples are provided to show the advantage and efficiency of the proposed method.

Abstract: The development of private colleges and universities affects structural reform and changes the trend of higher education. To study the running level of private colleges and universities, an empirical study must be conducted. First, statistical information from 23 Shandong Province private colleges and universities was collected, and an index system of education level with six primary indicators and 13 secondary indicators was constructed. The index data were standardized through a statistical analysis software. Analytical hierarchy process was adopted to determine the weight of the evaluation index and test the consistency of the judgment matrix. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was…established, and the building evaluation set was improved. After confirming the membership matrix of the fuzzy relation, multi-index comprehensive evaluation and comprehensive ranking of private higher education level in Shandong Province were carried out. The improved traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can be used in evaluating the performance of private colleges and analyze scientific rankings. Results of this work have high theoretical significance and application value.

Abstract: Interval fuzzy preference relations (IFPRs) have been widely adopted in describing vagueness and uncertainty in real-life decision problems. Different methods have been applied in aggregating decision makers’ (DMs’) IFPRs. Nevertheless, the objective weights of DMs are often neglected in the group decision literature. Besides, the commonly methods used in aggregating decision makers’ (DMs’) IFPRs may make the final result too average. This paper investigates the plant growth simulation algorithm (PGSA) to aggregate interval fuzzy preference relations (IFPRs) and then derives the objective weights of decision makers (DMs) based on the deviation measure method. Next, the weighted aggregation IFPR is obtained…by PGSA and the alternatives are ranked based on the continuous ordered weighted averaging (COWA) operator. The new aggregation method creatively converts the elements of IFPRs into two-dimensional coordinates and the ideal IFPR can be aggregated by PGSA based on the minimum Euclidean distance model. Then the weight of each DM can be derived according to the Euclidean distance between the individual IFPR and ideal IFPR based on the deviation measure method. Finally, a weighted aggregated IFPR can be obtained by PGSA and the ranking of alternatives is obtained by the COWA operator. Numerical examples are given to verify the efficiency and superiority of the method.

Abstract: Due to the convergence defect of the existing SDN social network node topology location methods, there is a large node topology location error problem. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a topology location method of SDN social network nodes based on ant colony algorithm. Firstly, the ant colony algorithm is introduced, and then the biological principle of ant colony algorithm is analyzed to determine the basic steps of ant colony algorithm. According to the number of mobile beacon launch positions and specific launch coordinates in ROI, ant colony algorithm is introduced into the mobile beacon path…acquisition program to realize SDN node topology location based on ant colony algorithm. The experimental results show that under the background of node communication radius of 2.0 and 5.0, the node topology positioning errors of this method are small, and the minimum errors are 9.10% and 5.15% respectively. It is fully proved that this method has good node topology positioning effect.

Abstract: Logistics Web Service optimal composition is the key business of the fourth party logistics service platform and how to construct the optimal logistics Web service composition is a challenge. However, existing logistics Web service composition methods only consider the general quality of service (QoS) and ignore the domain quality attribute of the logistics service, leading to unsatisfactory composite logistics Web services and poor success rate of logistics composition. For solving this problem, a domain quality-driven logistics optimal logistics Web service composition method is proposed. Firstly, domain quality evaluation model of logistics Web service is proposed; secondly, quality evaluation model of…logistics Web service composition has been designed in which domain quality is taken as the primary indicator and general QoS attribute is taken as the secondary index; Finally, the improved artificial bee colony algorithm is incorporated within the framework of the cultural algorithm to construct culture artificial bee colony algorithm(C-ABC), and this algorithm is applied to solve the problem of domain quality-driven logistics Web service optimal composition. Experimental results show that the method is effective and feasible.

Abstract: The atmospheric precipitation plays an important role in influencing the river chemistry of the Dongjiang River. The atmospheric contribution to river water is estimated by reference to Cl concentration called Cl_{ref} . The Cl_{ref} of 41.97 μmol/L represents the highest chloride concentration of the rainwater inputs to river water, thus sea salts are responsible for total Cl concentration of the Dongjiang River. According to the principal compositions of precipitation and river water, we propose two approaches-sea salt correction and precipitation correction in order to correct the contribution proportions of atmospheric precipitation on the solutes and to calculate chemical weathering rate.…The results reflected that the atmospheric contribution ratios fluctuate from ∼5% to ∼20% of TDS (total dissolved solids) in the Dongjiang River. As compared with the other world watersheds, the lower dissolved ion contents and high runoff may result in the obvious influence of precipitation on river chemistry in the Dongjiang basin. The major elemental chemistry is mainly controlled by silicate weathering, with the anion HCO_3^- and cation Ca^{2+} and Na^+ dominating the major compositions in this basin. The estimated chemical weathering rate of 15.78–23.48 t/(km^2 ˙ a) is only 40%–60% of a global average in the Dongjiang basin. Certainly, the estimated results are still under correction gradually because the effect of human activities on the precipitation chemistry has never been quantified in detail.

Abstract: In this paper, in order to more rationally represent some imprecise or uncertain multi-channel digital information, the structure of fuzzy ellipsoid numbers is further investigated. Firstly, some results about using couples of specific real functions to represent fuzzy ellipsoid numbers are obtained. Such represented fuzzy ellipsoid numbers can be easy constructed, and can be more rationally (compared with cone fuzzy ellipsoid numbers or paraboloid fuzzy ellipsoid numbers) used to represent some imprecise or uncertain multi-channel digital information. Then, some definitions of special types of fuzzy ellipsoid numbers are presented, and these special fuzzy ellipsoid numbers are all shown to be…extension and promotion of cone fuzzy ellipsoid numbers or paraboloid fuzzy ellipsoid numbers. And then, a method of constructing thus special fuzzy ellipsoid numbers is established from a group of uncertain or imprecise multichannel digital information. At last, some examples and remarks are given to demonstrate the rationality and the advantage of using these special fuzzy ellipsoid numbers defined to represent some imprecise or uncertain multi-channel digital information.

Abstract: A gear transmission system is a complex non-stationary and nonlinear time-varying coupling system. When faults occur on gear system, it is difficult to extract the fault feature. This paper researches the threshold principle in the process of using the wavelet transform to de-noise the system, and combines EMD (empirical mode decomposition) with wavelet threshold de-noising to solve the problem. The wavelet threshold de-noising is acts on the high-frequency IMF (Intrinsic Mode Function) component of the signal, and does overcome the defect by simply highlighting the fault feature. On this basis, the pre-processed signal is analyzed by the method of time-frequency…analysis to extract the feature of the signal. The result shows that the SNR (signal-noise ratio) of the signal was largely improved, and the fault feature of the signal can therefore be effectively extracted. Combined with time-frequency analyses in the different running conditions (300 rpm, 900 rpm), various faults such as tooth root crack, tooth wear and multi-fault can be identified effectively. Based on this theory and combining the merits of MATLAB and VC++, a multi-functional gear fault diagnosis software system is successfully exploited.

Abstract: Nowadays, moving object detection in sequence images has become a hot topic in computer vision research, and has a very wide range of practical applications in many fields of military and daily life. In this paper, fast detection of moving objects in complex background is studied, and fast detection methods for moving objects in static and dynamic scenes are proposed respectively. Firstly, based on image preprocessing, aiming at the difficulty of feature extraction of moving targets in low illumination at night, Gamma change is used to process. Secondly, for the fast detection of moving objects in static scenes, this paper…designs a detection method combining background difference and edge frame difference. Abstract: Global warming caused by excessive emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2 ) has become a hot topic globally in today’s society, and optimizing carbon emission performance (CEP) is an effective way to alleviate CO2 emissions. Many studies have explored CEP at the global, national, provincial and sector levels. However, due to the difficulty in obtaining energy consumption data, there is a lack of studies at the urban agglomeration and city levels. Taking the urban agglomeration dimension as the starting point, this paper constructs an improved epsilon-based measure (EBM) model to measure the CEP of the Yellow River Basin. A spatial data…analysis model was introduced to explore the regional spatial characteristics of CEP. The newly developed spatial statistical model was used to study the driving factors of CEP. The results showed that: (1) The overall CEP of the Yellow River Basin was relatively high, showing an upward trend of volatility. There were significant differences between the seven urban agglomerations and 69 cities. (2) The CEP of the Yellow River Basin showed a trend of spatial agglomeration. The urban agglomerations of the eastern region showed a low-value agglomeration phenomenon, and the urban agglomerations of the central and western regions showed a trend of high-value agglomeration. (3) Economic development level (PGGDP), technological progress (TP), industrialization level (IND) and human capital (HC) can play a positive role in promoting the improvement in CEP, and population structure (PD) and energy structure (ES) can play a negative role in promoting the improvement in CEP. Industrial agglomeration (IA) and CEP show a “U"-shaped relationship that first inhibits and then promotes. In addition, foreign direct investment (FDI), IND, and HC have significant spatial spillover effects on neighboring cities.
