Summary
editDescriptionMelting an iron nail.webm |
English: Melting an iron nail with a supercapacitor. A 3000 F supercapacitor was short-circuited through an iron nail. A current of 1000 amperes caused the iron nail to melt. Sparks were forming continuously on the surface of liquid iron. The video clip is derived from a larger video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?=iQ3njhSnOA0
Eesti: Raudnael ühendati 3000 F superkondensaatori + ja - kontaktide külge. Voolutugevus ligi 1000 A ajas raudnaela sulama ja keema, mille tagajärjel elektriline ühendus katkes. Huvitav on asjaolu, et raua sulamisel lendas sädemeid nagu säraküünlast.
Videoklipp on pärit pikemast eestikeelsest videost https://est.chemicum.com/igapaevakeemia.php?v=Superkondensaator |
