There is no freedom of panorama in Georgia. The building was completed in 1953. We need the architect name, and their date of death, so that we can ascertain copyright and a possible undeletion date.

(PS:it's not a vote or something, just an explanation in French for the author of the pictures) --PierreSelim (talk) 23:22, 18 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you Pierre for explaining that to Henri. russavia (talk) 07:25, 19 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Delete per nom. None are de minimis IMO. The building's architects are Victor Kokorin (1886 - 1959)[1] and Giorgi Lezhava (?-?),[2] so the building won't be in the public domain until at least 2030. --Avenue (talk) 09:50, 8 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted as derived works of still copyrighted architecture where we have no freedom of panorama. This does not appear to be a case of de minimis as all the pictures of this set focus on the building. This is also confirmed by the individual file names that explicitly refer to the parliamental building. I've put this in the undeletion category of 2030. If this will be free then needs further research regarding the second architect, Giorgi Lezhava. Please feel free to add further research on the talk page of this DR. --AFBorchert (talk) 14:27, 9 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
