  5. Construction of the Pseudo HCC Rating In column (8) of Table 2 we reported our best effort to reconstruct the HCC’s rating. Although the exact method of creating the HCC ratings is not publicly known the Appendix of the HCC's “Annual Health Check 2006/2007” brochure mentions seven “domains” in which the hospitals need to achieve certain standards in order to achieve a high score.
